Where Data Is Stored
Direct inquiry records, when kept, are stored on infrastructure operated by Rathsted in Canada. Email delivery uses Fastmail (based in Australia, servers in the US). Analytics hosting uses Umami Cloud. Rathsted is based in Canada.
Retention
Direct inquiry records are retained only as long as needed to respond and follow up. If you request deletion, Rathsted will remove the relevant record within 30 days.
Cookies and Analytics
Privacy-respecting analytics are hosted by Umami Cloud. No cookies, personal data, or cross-site tracking are involved. No advertising or remarketing scripts are loaded.
